Who is the instructor?
Master Jim Bartok is a 4th degree black belt in the Korean art of Tang Soo Do. Before becoming a pastor and moving to Ozark, Master Bartok was the owner and head instructor of a successful martial art school in Flat Rock, Michigan. He has spent over 15 years training and teaching self-defense classes to teen and adult women. He is an international certified instructor and has a passion for helping people.

What if I can’t do a technique?
You will never be asked to do anything that you or your body doesn’t feel comfortable doing. There are other techniques that we can show you that will help keep you safe.

Do you teach other classes?

I’d love to schedule a class for my church, office, etc. Is it possible?
