What is Krav Maga?
Krav Maga (pronounced “krahv mahGAH”) is a proven, modern fighting system. It is effective for any age, size, and fitness level.

What makes Krav Maga so unique?
Krav Maga is not a martial art. It’s strictly a self-defense system designed to help you learn more ways to protect yourself and your family.

Who is the instructor?
Master Jim Bartok is a 4th degree black belt in the Korean art of Tang Soo Do and a a certified Krav Maga instructor. Before becoming a pastor and moving to Ozark, Master Bartok was the owner and head instructor of a successful martial art school in Flat Rock, Michigan. He has spent over 15 years training and teaching self-defense classes to teen and adult men. He is an international certified instructor and has a passion for helping people.

What if I can’t do a technique?
You will never be asked to do anything that you or your body doesn’t feel comfortable doing. There are other techniques that we can show you that will help keep you safe.

Do you teach other classes?
